Return Policy

Returns for the damaged goods (in transit)

Note 1: If the goods are damaged in transit, the buyers should sign the delivery note to effect that the goods have been damaged in transit, at the same time, please contact us by email support@carbonprostore.com (Please use your registered email address and inform us your order number).

Note 2: Please report this damage within 1 working day since you received the goods. Then, we would arrange the collection and return. We are responsible for paying shipment costs. Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will ship the replacement to you ASAP.

Returns for the non quality issue goods

Note 1: Goods can only be returned if their packaging remains unopened and the goods can be re-sold as new.

Note 2: After receiving the goods, if the buyer decides they are no longer needed, the goods can be returned to us within 7 days. All items will incur a 30% restocking fee. Buyers will be responsible for all return shipping costs.

Note 3: If buyers receive goods which do not match those ordered online, please contact us within 3 working days to replace goods, we are responsible for paying shipment costs.

Note 4: If buyers choose the items which do not match their tools or pumps, we will only accept to replace goods, but not accept payment refund request. The buyers should contact us (by mailing to support@carbonprostore.com) within 3 working days to arrange return. Freight of changing goods will be paid by buyers. Please check and confirm the model number carefully and choose correct goods. Any problem of choosing products, please feel free to contact us by email: support@carbonprostore.com

Note 5: Once we receive the returned goods, we will inspect and determine their acceptance, and the restocking fee will be issued to the customer as a refund.
